Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for distributing power without interruption when replacing a power line connected to each of the electric poles and shifting the installation thereof, and during construction for changing pass-through locations. More particularly, an uninterrupted three-phase wire replacement is carried out through sequential electricity separation and connection of each phase, by using a power line shifting device which spreads one out of the three phases of a bypass cable on the ground or on an electric pole, and the electric poles can be replaced and construction for shifting the installation location of the electric poles using the same method. As a result, effective and reasonable construction for uninterrupted power distribution can be achieved in places such as downtown areas in metropolitan cities, where the safety of pedestrians are threatened due to close proximity with electric poles, and where various obstacles such as contact with buildings exist. Furthermore, depending on the skill and the preferences of the uninterrupted power distribution electrician, the method for uninterrupted power distribution could be selected from and applied to a wide range, thereby expanding the area of uninterrupted power distribution work, enhancing safety by promoting psychological stability of the worker, and effectively reducing power outages and enhancing power quality during construction by expanding the construction area.
