Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive method for double-sided heat cooking of a foodstuff to be heated, which is capable of bringing the temperature of a lower cast close to the temperature of an upper cast, thereby uniformly cooking the foodstuff to be heated. With this method for double-sided heat cooking, if the mass of an upper cast 7 is less than the mass of a lower cast 6, and if the lower cast 6 is heated at the maximum rated power consumption of a lower electric heater 23 with the temperature thereof being sensed by a temperature sensor 25, then, on the basis of the temperature information thus sensed, the power consumption of an upper electric heater 45 which heats the upper cast 7 is controlled by an upper heater power control device, the temperature of the upper cast 7 is brought close to the temperature of the lower cast 6, and a foodstuff to be heated is cooked.
