Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a composition, for diagnosis of lung cancer or for prediction of onset risk of lung cancer, comprising an agent capable for detecting oral microbiome; a kit comprising same; and an information provision method for diagnosis of lung cancer or for prediction of onset risk of lung cancer or for prognosis of lung cancer, wherein a saliva-derived oral microbiome is analyzed, whereby the present invention can make rapid and accurate early diagnosis of lung cancer, enables the prediction of onset risk of lung cancer and the prognosis of lung cancer, and thus can be advantageously used for prevention or treatment of lung cancer.
