Abstract:
An electronic device that can be worn on a body part of a user is provided. The electronic device includes a camera, a display, a memory, and the camera, the display, and a processor. The memory may store instructions, which, when executed, enable the processor to: obtain a plurality of consecutive images by using the camera on the basis of a first user input by the user; identify an external object from the images obtained using the camera; identify from the images a specific region on the external object that is designated by a second user input by the user; extract at least one image from the plurality of consecutive images and associate the extracted at least one image with the specific region; and display the at least one image associated with the specific region on the display in augmented reality in response to a third user input by the user corresponding to the specific region.
