Abstract:
Directed are a method for electrophoretically coating a wire and an apparatus for
implementing the method. The method adopts anodic or cathodic electrophoresis porecess.
A wire is passed parallelly or lognitudinally through electrophoresis paints
in a electrophoresis bath. The problem that a wire is difficult to be electrophoretically treated
is completely solved, the above-stated wire may be, for example, a metal wire
such as cable and steel wire, or may be a nonconductive wire which could become into
conductor through particular treatments. This enables the surface of above-stated wire
to be anticorrosive through electrophoretic coating.
