Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for eliminating printing color channels. At least two columns of print nozzles are horizontally staggered and joined to form a nozzle group, there being at least two nozzle groups, and the nozzle groups being horizontally arranged in parallel, and the zero lines of starting print nozzles in adjacent nozzle groups coinciding. The print nozzles are connected to a control system. The distance between the midlines of any two horizontally staggered and joined print nozzles in a nozzle group is L, where L=[L1+(L2-m)/10]*25.4, and the unit of L is millimeters. L1 is the value of the integer part of N/R, L2 is the tenths value for N/R. R is the resolution of the print nozzle, and the unit of R is dpi. N is the number of nozzles at a resolution of R, where 0≤m≤(10L1+L2), and m is an integer. In the present invention, the nozzle bottom plate is easy to be processed and can be measured. Furthermore, the qualification rate of nozzle bottom plates is increased, and the rejection rate of nozzle bottom plates is reduced. Moreover, the elimination of printing color channels can be achieved by ink passing through or not passing through the nozzle holes in an overlapping region.
