Title:
METHOD FOR THE EMBODIMENT OF A PISTON-SWEPT VOLUME OF AN ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2002/101211
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The invention relates to power engineering and can be used for internal combustion engines, heat engines, pumps and hydraulic aggregates. The engine for carrying out said method comprises a body or a rotor provided with a working surface having an asymmetrical directing curve. A rotor or a body having end walls is arranged coaxially in relation to said body or rotor, respectively The splitters of variable volumes are constructed in such a way that they are directed away from the rotor or the body having a circular cylindrical surface. Said splitters are irregularly moved in such a way that they perform alternating-rotatable or reciprocating displacement. Said splitters of variable volumes are also used as a member of a mechanism which traces the asymmetrical directing curve, the end points thereof being superposed, respectively with the points of the asymmetrical cylindrical working surface of the body or the rotor. The inventive method makes it possible to increase the performance of an engine.
