Abstract:
A method for enabling polyimide varnish to have surge resistance and humidity resistance, polyimide varnish, and an insulated wire. The polyimide varnish comprises a polyimide precursor solution having a structural unit (I) represented by formula (I) and a structural unit (II) represented by formula (II), and an inorganic filler uniformly dispersed in the polyimide precursor solution, wherein the molar ratio of the structural unit (II) to the structural unit (I) ranges from 60/40 to 90/10.
