Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for increasing efficiency of cloning a somatic cell in a mammal and, more specifically, to a method for providing a high-quality embryo by enhancing the efficiency of reprogramming a cloned embryo by using a cytoplasmic transplantation technique. The method according to the present invention can be very efficiently used to produce transgenic cloned animals by inserting or deleting a desired gene by means of genome editing of somatic cells sought to be cloned.
