Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: clothing and sleepwear that can improve the quality of sleep; and a method that improves the quality of sleep using such clothing and sleepwear. The foregoing is achieved by clothing that improves the quality of sleep by including fibers containing at least two types of nanoparticles which emit infrared and which produce electron transfer based on plasmon resonance.
