Abstract:
A method for enriching and recovering chromium resources by means of the synergistic utilization of chromium-containing sludge and chromium-containing waste residue: the chromium-containing sludge and the chromium-containing waste residue are finely ground and mixed to prepare a mixture, the mixture alkalinity ((CaO%+MgO%)/(SiO2%+Al2O3%)) is within the range of 0.6 to 1.5, and FeOx content is greater than or equal to 15.0%. The mixture is subject to reduction roasting, and the roasting temperature is controlled to be within the range of 1100 to 1500°C. After grinding the roasted product, iron-chromium spinel is separated by using a strong magnetic separation process to obtain a chromium concentrate which has a Cr2O3 content that is greater than or equal to 20.0% and a Cr2O3 recovery rate that is greater than or equal to 85.0%. Two chromium-containing hazardous waste resources, i.e. the chromium-containing sludge and the chromium-containing waste residue are combined, and the chromium in the two resources is enriched at the same time, so that an obtained chromium-containing enriched phase has a high chromium grade, and by utilizing subsequent separation, has the characteristics of high efficiency, low pollution and a wide application range, which is suitable for application in the technical field of chromium enrichment and separation in chromium-containing resources.
