Abstract:
The present application relates to a method for preparing myo-inositol by using: a myo-inositol mono-phosphoric acid synthetase comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and/or a myo-inositol mono-phosphoric acid phosphatase comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3.
