Abstract:
The method comprises placing the ligneous cellulose biologic materials into alkali aqueous solution, fast heating up to 329-367ºC and obtaining the completely dissolved ligneous cellulose biologic materials in 0.7-2 seconds. Because of the complete dissolve of the ligneous cellulose biologic materials, the hydrolysis reaction can be processed under the homogeneous condition. At the same time, the dissolved materials can be applied to the high-pressure flow reactor conveniently, in which the materials can be pretreated and hydrolyzed to produce glucide, micro-size materials, biologic fuels and other products continuously.
