Abstract:

Disclosed are a method and equipment for producing biogas capable of improving the quality of injected raw materials. A material containing no deteriorating materials among injected raw materials is directly injected into an anaerobic digestion tank, and a material containing deteriorating materials is injected into a first solid/liquid separator, and thus the injected materials are separated into solid material containing no deteriorating materials and a liquid material containing deteriorating materials. The solid material from the first solid/liquid separator is hydrolyzed and is then supplied into an anaerobic digestion tank. A waste solution from the anaerobic digestion tank and a liquid material from the first solid/liquid separator are concentrated by a sludge concentrator. Only solid sludge from which deteriorating materials are removed through solid/liquid separation of injected raw materials is injected into an anaerobic digestion tank, and thus it is possible to maintain the activity of microorganisms producing biogas to be suitable.
