Abstract:
A method for establishing a coagulation intelligent monitoring linkage system, comprising: establishing an effluent turbidity prediction model of a horizontal sedimentation tank, establishing a coagulant dosage recommendation model of the horizontal sedimentation tank, and establishing a coagulation intelligent monitoring linkage system. The effluent turbidity prediction model of the horizontal sedimentation tank is established for predicting the effluent turbidity of the horizontal sedimentation tank, the coagulant dosage recommendation model of the horizontal sedimentation tank is established for accurately controlling the addition of coagulant, and the coagulation intelligent monitoring linkage system is established for integrating the effluent turbidity prediction model of the horizontal sedimentation tank and the coagulant dosage recommendation model of the horizontal sedimentation tank, such that the turbidity of settled water is predicted under a recommended coagulant dosage, and the coagulant dosage that restores the effluent turbidity to an expected value is fed back when the turbidity is abnormal. According to the method, the functions of accurate control of a coagulation effect, reduction of chemical consumption, water quality early-warning, and intelligent linkage are achieved while monitoring the water quality in real time, such that the effluent water quality of a coagulation-sedimentation process is more stable.
