Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a method for establishing communication, comprising: a first terminal receiving a first broadcast message transmitted in a first wireless communication mode by a second terminal, the first broadcast message carrying a second wireless communication mode supported by the second terminal and the state of the second wireless communication mode and/or supported protocol information; and the first terminal determining whether to connect to the second terminal according to the second wireless communication mode supported by the second terminal and the state of the second wireless communication mode and/or the supported protocol information. In the above method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the state of the second wireless communication mode and/or the supported protocol information can be obtained in a first wireless mode communication phase, such that information acquisition and filtering of terminals can be performed in advance, thereby improving efficiency of selecting a wireless communication mode and establishing communication connection.
