Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for establishing a fingerprint spectrum of a traditional Chinese medicine composition having the effect of regulating low mood or a preparation thereof, which method comprises: preparing a traditional Chinese medicine composition from 40 to 80 parts of Hypericum perforatum extract, 10 to 40 parts of Acanthopanacis senticosi radix et rhizoma seu caulis and 2 to 20 parts of Moutan cortex extract; and constructing a spectrum by using high-performance liquid chromatography, with the chromatography conditions being as follows: an octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica chromatographic column is used as a chromatographic column; the column temperature is 25 to 35℃; the flow rate is 0.5 to 1.1 mL/min; the detection wavelength is 290 to 310 nm; and mobile phase A is a phosphoric acid aqueous solution, mobile phase B is acetonitrile, and gradient elution is carried out. The fingerprint spectrum obtained by the method for establishing a fingerprint spectrum of a traditional Chinese medicine composition with effect of regulating low mood comprehensively reflects the quality information of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, so that the aim of more comprehensively and effectively controlling the product quality of the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be achieved.
