Title:
METHOD FOR ESTIMATING ARRANGEMENT OF ELECTRODES ON BIOLOGICAL TISSUE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/153468
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, an initial electrode array in which a sufficient number of electrodes for detecting an excitatory wave are arranged in a plane is attached to a biological tissue and detection signals obtained from the respective electrodes are acquired. By applying, as teacher data, an image of the excitatory wave when obtaining detection signals from the respective electrodes using the initial electrode array to a plurality of input data based on detection signals obtained from the respective electrodes of a plurality of second electrode arrays formed by randomly removing a predetermined number of electrodes from the initial electrode array (first electrode array), a leaned model is acquired by leaning the relationship between input data and an image of the excitatory wave by deep learning. A second electrode array corresponding to an image which most matches the image of the teacher data among a plurality of analysis images obtained by applying the plurality of input data to the learned model is regarded as a selected electrode array (optimum electrode array), and the number and the arrangement of electrodes thereof are estimated as the number and the arrangement of electrodes to be attached to the biological tissue.
