Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for estimating the depositional shape of a furnace filling obtained after furnace coke has been consumed using a burner to activate a blast furnace in the blast furnace during blast stop with reduced burden level. Provided is a method for estimating the depositional shape of a furnace filling obtained after furnace coke has been consumed using a burner inserted into a blast furnace via a tap hole of said blast furnace to activate the blast furnace in the blast furnace during blast stop with reduced burden level, said method comprising a step for estimating the depositional shape of the furnace filling during blast stop with reduced burden level; a step for estimating a furnace coke filling region from the depositional shape of the furnace filling estimated in said step and from the shape of a solidified layer in a furnace bottom part; a step for estimating the amount of the furnace coke consumed using the burner; and a step for estimating, from said amount of the furnace coke, the depositional shape of the furnace filling after the consumption of the furnace coke.
