Abstract:
A method for estimating object parameters and an electronic device, which may be beneficial in increasing accuracy when detecting object parameters while facilitating a user detecting food parameters. The specific solution comprises: an electronic device detecting a first operation of a user (2401); in response to the first operation, starting up a camera and collecting first information of a first target object (2402); according to the first information, determining the category of the first target object (2403); according to the category of the first target object and second information, determining target parameters of the first target object (2404); and on a touch screen, displaying the category of the first target object and one or more parameters among the target parameters, the one or more parameters comprising quality (2405).
