Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for evaluating the breaking strength of first and second cementing faces for well cementing under a dynamic load. The method comprises: manufacturing a rock-set cement-casing composite structure sample; clamping a sample (9) horizontally between an incident rod (8) and an output rod (10) of a Hopkinson rod, a conical punch (7) striking the incident rod (8) to generate an incident wave, the incident wave passing through the sample (9) to generate a reflected wave and a projected wave, and a strain gauge (13) recording dynamic strain signals of the incident wave, the reflected wave and the projected wave, converting same into electrical signals and transmitting same to a computer (14); using a high-speed camera (12) to record the process of first and second cementing faces from beginning to break to final complete breaking and a corresponding time point; and using the computer (14) to obtain a strain rate time-course curve and a stress-strain curve, and obtaining the corresponding breaking strength by means of analyzing peak value points of the curves. The method can actually simulate the impact of a formation perforation and a subsequent operation, such as acid fracturing, on a cement sheath and a casing, and at the same time evaluate the breaking strength that first and second cementing faces can bear under a dynamic load.
