Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the characteristics of magnetorheological fluid. The method for evaluating the characteristics of magnetorheological fluid, according to the present invention, is for evaluating the characteristics of magnetorheological fluid comprising a dispersion medium and magnetic particles and is characterised by comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a container in which a magnetorheological fluid is filled or a flow channel in which a magnetorheological fluid flows; (b) placing a coil part such that the container or flow channel is positioned in the hollow portion of the coil part; and (c) using the coil to measure an impedance signal or inductance signal with respect to the magnetorheological fluid.
