Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for selectively staining a polyamine in a horny cell layer sample; and a method for evaluating the texture of skin using the amount of a polyamine as a measure. As a solution for the problem, a method for preparing a horny cell layer sample to be observed with a fluorescent microscope is provided, the method being characterized by including the step of fluorescently labeling a polyamine occurring in a horny cell layer sample selectively with 5(6)-carboxytetramethylrhodamine glycine propagyl ester.
