Abstract:
A method for evaluating the geometrical morphology of a honeycomb product, and a detection and evaluation system, comprising: acquiring a top surface image and a side surface image of a honeycomb product; performing vertex extraction on the top surface image to obtain vertex coordinates; carrying out cell reconstruction on the top surface image to obtain serial number numbers of six vertexes of each cell element; calculating deviation values of six interior angles of each cell element on the basis of the serial number numbers of the six vertexes of each cell element and the vertex coordinates of the six vertexes of each cell element; extracting a top surface boundary line and a side surface boundary line of the honeycomb product from the top surface image and the side surface image; calculating a top surface maximum deflection and a side surface maximum deflection of the honeycomb product on the basis of the top surface boundary line and the side surface boundary line; and determining whether the honeycomb product is up to standard, on the basis of a deviation angle, the top surface maximum deflection and the side surface maximum deflection. According to the method for evaluating the geometrical morphology, the images are simply processed in a non-contact manner so as to accurately determine whether the geometrical morphology of the honeycomb product is up to standard, without damaging the honeycomb product.
