Abstract:
A method for evaluating health status of a mechanical device, comprising: first using a sensor to collect status data of main components on the mechanical device; then carrying out feature extraction to obtain feature parameters; extracting noise data and fault data by using an outlier detection algorithm, and only keeping the fault data; carrying out dimension reduction processing to obtain a feature vector for final evaluation; and finally, carrying out status evaluation of the device, establishing a self-organized mapping neural network model by means of health status data and fault status data, calculating rate impact factors of each group of data to be evaluated by using an entropy weight theory, and introducing the rate impact factors into a neural network for health factor calculation. According to the method, comprehensive status assessment of the mechanical device is realized, the basis is provided for health maintenance of the mechanical device, and unnecessary economic losses are avoided.
