Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for evaluating a life style-related disease index, whereby highly reliable information being helpful in understanding the condition of the index (a risk factor) of a life style-related disease can be provided, etc. In the present embodiment, amino acid concentration data, said data relating to the concentrations of amino acids contained in blood collected from an evaluation subject, is acquired and then the condition of the index of the life style-related disease in the evaluation subject is evaluated using the concentrations of amino acids Gly and Tyr that are included in the amino acid concentration data of the evaluation subject thus obtained. (The condition of the index of the life style-related disease is quantitatively or qualitatively evaluated.)
