Title:
METHOD FOR EVALUATING AND METHOD FOR MONITORING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT IN CRITICAL LIMB ISCHEMIA PATIENT AFTER ANGIOGENIC THERAPY, REAGENT FOR EVALUATING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT, AND DEVICE AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR EVALUATING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/204244
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method whereby therapeutic effect in a critical limb ischemia patient after angiogenic therapy can be objectively evaluated with minimal patient burden. The problem addressed by the present invention is solved by a method for evaluating therapeutic effect in a peripheral arterial occlusive disease patient after angiogenic therapy, the evaluation method including a measurement step for measuring the concentration of VEGF-A165b in patient blood and an evaluation step for evaluating therapeutic effect using a change over time in the measured concentration of VEGF-A165b as an index.
