Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of evaluating the reaction performance of fluidized-bed catalyst used in the process of producing lower olefins from methanol, which comprises: A) loading microspheric catalyst into a fixed fluidized-bed reactor, the temperature of which is 300-650 ˚C, and adjusting the expansion ratio of the catalyst into 1.0-2.0; B) vaporizing a feedstock in a preheater, then passing it through the layer of the catalyst bed; and C) analyzing the unreacted methanol and the composition of the resulting product by combing two chromatographic columns for analyzing, one of them for methanol, dimethyl ether and the resulting hydrocarbons; and another for hydrogen and oxygenate, wherein methane is used as the internal standard to normalize the chromatographic data, thereby the evaluating results are obtained.
