Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a method executed by user equipment UE, comprising: receiving from a base station configuration information used for configuring a power saving channel for user equipment UE, the power saving channel being based on a physical downlink control channel PDCCH; on the basis of the received configuration information, determining that the power saving channel is a UE-specific PDCCH or a PDCCH common to a group of UE; if the power channel is a PDCCH common to a group of UE, on the basis of the received configuration information, determining the start position of the information domain of the user equipment UE in downlink control information DCI of the power saving channel and the number of bits occupied by said information domain in the downlink control information DCI of the power saving channel.
