Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a method executed by a user equipment, and a user equipment and an information reporting method. The method executed by a user equipment (UE) comprises: a UE receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message, which includes a primary secondary cell (PSCell) change command; the UE executing an RRC reconfiguration process for a PSCell change, and executing an operation for determining a PSCell change report (SPCR); and the UE determining whether the PSCell change process is accompanied by a primary cell (PCell) change, and then releasing an SPCR configuration on the basis of a determination result.
