Abstract:
Provided is a method for expanding a human DC cell. The method comprises the step of contacting a cell sample of a DC cell to be expanded with a Tax protein sourcing from simian-T-lymphotropic virus (STLV). Also provided are an expanded DC cell prepared by the method, and a DC cell resource library constructed by the method.
