Title:
METHOD FOR EXTRACTING ALCOHOL-SOLUBLE SUBSTANCE FROM BARK OF PINUS SYLVESTRIS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/101335
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for extracting an alcohol-soluble substance from bark of pinus sylvestris, the method comprising the following steps: (1) pulverizing bark of pinus sylvestris into particles having a size of 20-80 mesh, adding the same into n-hexane/chloroform, and performing sonication to obtain a mixture A; (2) filtering the mixture A to obtain a filtrate a and filter residues; distilling the filtrate a to evaporate the n-hexane/chloroform so as to obtain a lipid substance; (3) adding the filter residue to an ethanol solution and sonicating the same; and (4) filtering the mixture B to obtain a filtrate b, distilling the filtrate b to evaporate the ethanol solution so as to obtain a concentrated alcohol-soluble substance in liquid form, and drying the concentrated liquid to obtain the alcohol-soluble substance. The alcohol-soluble substance extracted using the method has a high flavone content, comprises effective ingredients such as sinapic acid, secoisolariciresinol and 9'-p-hydroxy (trans) cinnamate-7-hydroxy-secoisolariciresinol, and has anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial effects.
