Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for extracting chitin from oyster shells, comprising: first, obtaining oyster shells, washing the oyster shells, and crushing the oyster shells to obtain oyster shell powder; and then, adding the obtained oyster shell powder to a multienzyme-containing dilute hydrochloric acid solution for soaking, performing filtration, washing the filtration residue to obtain demineralized oyster shell powder; afterwards, adding the demineralized oyster shell powder to a NaOH solution for soaking, adjusting the pH of the leach liquor to 7.5-8.5 using a dilute sulfuric acid, adding trypsin for enzymolysis to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate, inactivating enzyme and then performing filtration using an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain ultrafiltration permeate, and filtering the ultrafiltration permeate using a nanofiltration membrane to obtain a concentrated solution; finally, spray drying the concentrated solution to obtain powder, and feeding the powder into an extraction kettle for supercritical CO2 extraction to obtain chitin powder. The chitin extraction process in the present invention is easy to operate, and has high chitin yield and high product purity.
