Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for extracting Cordyceps sinensis extract, comprising the steps of: S1, preparing micro powder of Cordyceps sinensis; S2, adding the micro powder of Cordyceps sinensis into an acid solution, heating, treating same with an ultrasound and adjusting the pH value of the system, and obtaining an extract solution after filtering; S3, concentrating the extract solution under a reduced pressure and then obtaining the Cordyceps sinensis extract.
