Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for extracting Gymnadenia conopsea, which comprises: (1) soaking tuberous roots of Gymnadenia conopsea in water, fully soaking the tuberous roots until the tuberous roots of Gymnadenia conopsea are sampled and observed as having no white cores; (2) performing wet superfine grinding on the tuberous roots of Gymnadenia conopsea to obtain a dispersion slurry; (3) adding additional water into the dispersion slurry to obtain a diluted dispersion liquid, heating same to make the temperature rise, then adding a neutral protease, and then performing extraction through circulation and homogenization by means of a homogenizing pump to obtain an extract liquid; (4) performing heat preservation and enzyme inactivation; (5) performing crude filtration to obtain a crude filtrate; and (6) performing fine filtration to obtain a refined filtrate. Also provided is a related Gymnadenia conopsea extract. The extracted Gymnadenia conopsea extract is safe and has unique application value in terms of skin care, wound repair, wrinkle resistance, sun protection, oxidation resistance, allergy resistance, skin moisture retention, etc., has a good application prospect in the field of cosmetics, and is ingenious in terms of process design, simple and convenient to operate and low in cost.
