Abstract:
A method for extracting a micro plastic from human and poultry excreta, relating to the field of environmental health risk assessment. The method comprises excreta freeze-drying, sample digestion, and sample extraction, wherein in the process of digestion, a Fenton's reagent is used for treatment, and concentrated nitric acid is used for digestion; absolute ethyl alcohol is used for extraction. The present invention can conveniently and quickly extract the micro plastic from the human and animal excreta under the condition of ensuring a minimized influence on the micro plastic, facilitate the accurate analysis of the type and abundance of the micro plastic in biological excreta, and provide strong technical guarantee and data support for researching the enrichment and excretion regularity of the micro plastic in vivo and health risk assessment.
