Abstract:

The present invention provides a method for extracting nucleic acid, the method comprising the steps of: (a) connecting an operation unit of a nucleic acid extracting device to a control rod module disposed in the inner space of a piston upper body and to a rotation control module coupled to a piston lower body; (b) operating the rotation control module and the control rod module to sequentially suction samples and reagents into the inner space from a plurality of separated chambers of a cartridge and discharge the mixture solution in the inner space to the chambers of the cartridge; and (c) operating the rotation control module and the control rod module to suction the reagent in a master mix bead chamber of the cartridge into the inner space of the piston upper body and then discharge the mixed reagent to a nucleic acid amplification module.
