Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for extracting peroxyergosterol from wall-broken ganoderma lucidum spore powder. The method comprises the steps of preparation of peroxyergosterol crude extract, medium-pressure preparative chromatography purification, simulated-moving-bed purification and recrystallization. The present invention is simple and stable in process, is applicable to industrialized continuous production, and has a high product yield and low production cost.
