Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for extracting and separating dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, belonging to the technical field of natural medicine extraction and separation. The specific steps are as follows: 1) weighing Ampelopsis grossedentata tea leaves, adding a solvent thereto, stirring, refluxing to perform extraction, filtering, continuing to reflux the filter residue for extraction, and combining the extracted liquid; 2) adding activated carbon to the extracted liquid, performing decolorization, filtering, collecting the filtrate, and then concentrating the filtrate; and 3) crystallizing the concentrated filtrate, filtering, washing crystals with cold water and vacuum drying. The invention has a simple process, high yield and stability, and can easily be industrialized.
