Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for efficiently extracting a target protein contained in a biological sample such serum or plasma and enabling highly accurate analysis. Provided is a method for removing proteins from a biologically derived sample and extracting a target protein, wherein a high-concentration salt and/or urea and a water-soluble organic solvent are used.
