Abstract:
Provided are a method for extrusion allowing a marked transformation in the texture of the extruded material, and extruded material produced using the method for extrusion. A method for extrusion according to one aspect of the present invention produces extruded material by pushing out material to be extruded through an extrusion opening, wherein the extrusion opening is inclined by a predetermined angle which varies the width thereof, and comprises a tapered portion having first and second inner surfaces which are symmetric with respect to a reference surface which includes the central axis of the extrusion opening, and the material to be extruded is asymmetric with respect to the reference surface, as a first area, to which the first inner surface exerts shear stress, and a second area, to which the second inner surface exerts shear stress, are asymmetric with respect to the reference surface.
