Abstract:
This method comprises executing, in a manufacturing process: a base measurement process for acquiring a measured height by measuring, using a shape sensor, the height of a base at a planned moving position of a torch when layering a weld bead; a welding condition setting process for finding, from a layering plan, a planned height of the base at the planned moving position of the torch, finding a differential height by comparing the measured height acquired in the base measurement process with the planned height, and setting welding conditions for a feedback correction to reduce the differential height; and a correction percentage update process for selecting a correction percentage from a plurality of preset correction percentages, and updating, on the basis of the selected correction percentage, the correction percentage in the welding conditions.
