Abstract:
A method for fabricating a graphene oxide filter membrane, comprising: first, providing a copper foil substrate (1); next, forming a series of microporous arrays (2) on the copper foil substrate (1) by means of laser processing or machining; then, growing graphene (2) on the surface and the inner pore wall of the copper foil substrate (1) by means of chemical vapor deposition to obtain a graphene (2) surface and a graphene inner pore wall (200); finally, heating to oxidize the surface of the graphene copper foil substrate and the graphene inner pore wall (200) in the air to obtain a graphene oxide copper foil substrate surface and a graphene oxide inner pore wall (300).
