Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a polyolefin sheet using: a rotation belt that can be positioned so as to have sheet-like shape to receive heated and melted polyolefin flowing out through an extrusion outlet; and a roller device comprising a plurality of rollers (cooling rollers) rotatably arranged in a circle and contacting the inner surface of the rotation belt such that the rotation belt can be rotated in a circular motion and cooled, wherein the temperature of the cooling rollers is set to a value of 40 to 120°C according to a desired thickness of a polyolefin sheet, the temperature of the rollers is kept at the set value ±5°C, and the linear velocity of the outflow of the melted polyolefin and the velocities of the rotation belt and the rollers are kept substantially equal, so as to fabricate a polyolefin sheet having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.45 mm and a width of 1,100 to 1,700 mm. According to the present invention, a smooth polyolefin sheet can be fabricated, the thickness of which hardly deviates.
