Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for fabricating a refrigerator door, which method comprises: providing a layer of a liquid soft material on the inner side of a door shell (3); curing the liquid soft material to form a first soft layer (11); matching the door shell (3) with a door liner to constitute a door body, and forming a foaming cavity inside the door body; and injecting a foaming material into the foaming cavity and foaming same to form a foaming layer (5). The first soft layer (11) may cushion and absorb the stress caused by foaming, in order to prevent the door shell (3) from bulging under stress and causing the outer surface of the door body to be uneven.
