[Problem] To provide a method for fabrication of a composite resin cast product by in-mold double cast in which an electroform part is disposed in a bend site and a composite resin cast product thereof, with which productivity is superior, there is no risk of damage to a casting mold, and it is also possible to improve quality of a cast product in which a metallic part is embedded in a bend site. [Solution] A practically thin, flat insert sheet is created by disposing sheet-shaped antenna parts (7) upon a surface of a film being elastically restorable and having flexible deformable pliability, said antenna parts (7) having flexible deformable pliability in accordance with the film. Next, while the insert sheet flexibly deforms by the restorable elasticity of the film in emulation of an inner face of a bend site cast space, a first mold is closed in which the antenna parts flexibly deform in emulation of the inner face of the bend site cast space in accordance with the deformation of the film. Thereafter, the bend site cast space is filled with a melted resin, the antenna parts which are disposed on the surface of the film are transferred to a bend site (5) and integrated thereupon.
