Disclosed are a method for ACK/NACK feedback under an unlicensed frequency spectrum, and a relevant device. The method comprises: a network device explicitly or implicitly notifying a terminal device of a mapping relationship, wherein the mapping relationship comprises: a mapping relationship between information about target data sent by the terminal device and indication information about the network device feeding back an acknowledge (ACK) response message/negative-acknowledgement (NACK) response message; the network device receiving the target data sent by the terminal device; the network device determining, according to the information about the target data and the mapping relationship, the corresponding indication information; and the network device feeding back, according to the indication information for determining ACK/NACK feedback, ACK/NACK to the terminal device. The embodiments of the present invention are intended to solve the problems of cache accumulation of a network device caused by untimely ACK/NACK reply by the network device, and of large overheads of ACK/NACK reply by the network device.
