Abstract:
The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in the production of yarn. The technical result of the proposed solution is a simplification of the preliminary treatment when a filamentary product is fed to a textile machine, as well as a wider range of technical options resulting from the fact that fibre webs of different linear densities and a better quality of manufactured yarn are obtained. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the proposed process for feeding the filamentary product to textile machine processing stations, the filamentary product before being fed into the hoppers undergoes a process of fine division to produce an air-fibre stream from which subsequently a fibre web or roving is formed for each processing station; the device proposed for implementing this process comprises a device for transporting the filamentary product, mechanisms for distributing said product and processing station hoppers, and the distributing mechanisms comprise a divider with a feed cylinder, means for shaping the filamentary product with inlet and outlet apertures and a suction pneumatic system with a thrust booster. The divider is fixed to a carriage which is mounted so as to be able to move along the row of means for shaping the filamentary product and its checking device opposite the inlet aperture of each of the means for shaping the filamentary product arranged in front of the processing station hoppers.
