Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for increasing efficacy by fermenting antlers (or venison, deer bones, and the like) together with mushroom concentrates, and to the resultant fermented products. According to the present invention, the antlers are not concentrated or ground for fermenting, but are fermented intact. Thus, after the antlers are fermented, the antlers may be maintained the shape thereof to reduce loss and increase efficacy. Also, the fermented antlers may be variously utilized in subsequent processes.
