Abstract:
A method for fermenting and highly producing prolyl aminopeptidase from recombinant hay bacillus, comprising the following steps: 1) introducing the activated recombinant hay bacillus into a seed culture medium, and cultivating same to prepare the seed liquid; and 2) introducing the seed liquid into a fermented culture medium and introducing the sterile air until a fermentation ends. A method for preparing the debittered rice peptide from prolyl aminopeptidase, comprising: adding the appropriate amount of alkaline protease to the rice protein solution, reacting for a certain time, cooling, continuing adding the appropriate amount of leucine aminopeptidase, reacting for a certain time, cooling, then adding the appropriate amount of prolyl aminopeptidase for enzymolysis. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a-glucosidase inhibitory active peptide, comprising the steps of preparing the debittered rice peptide, centrifugally extracting the supernatant liquid, anion-exchange chromatography, and gel chromatography.
